Treadmill. Honestly one of the best workouts I've had in a while. It was short, but I pushed the pace (for me) and actually enjoyed it! And you know what, enjoying it is all that matters... Ran 1 mile @ 10:30 pace Ran .5 mile @ 8:30 pace Alternated running .10 @ 7:30 pace and walking .10 @ 15:00 pace. Total 3.1 for that little workout. Then I walked until my BFF on the treadmill hit 2.25. I was at 3.52 at that point. Then did some core work which was h-a-r-d. I think I've decided to give up my dream of having abs (I have a LONG ways to go...) and just have a fat stomach and look not-so-cute in my bikini this summer. |
