that's more or less how mine went today, too.
but...something to keep in mind: every run is enjoyable; sometimes the joy just doesn't come until the end of the run.

I actually did have good company on the run. I asked one of the girls in my training group to join me. She wanted to walk for a second and the next thing you know, we had walked a half mile and were just chatting away! Still not a good run, but I did enjoy the company very much.

I hate how much harder it is to run in hot and humid weather. I agree with Kelli! Although I'm a wimp and plan my rest days around those weathery things.

It really is harder to run in humid weather. BUT..you got out there and did it without any excuses. So kudos to you.

I tried to run in humidity once with QP - I've never felt so YUCK in my life! Humid is NASTY, so I think you get bonus points for just getting it done! Good company to boot makes it even better. I'll take cold rainy weather over sticky humid any day!!!

When its that bad outside consider giving the treadmill a try. Trust me, it kind of grows on you after a while.
