Busy day.  Had to go to class and give a speech.  Made a 95%!  WAHOO!  I am so glad that is over with.  Only one more to go.  Thank goodness.

Hour long commute back home.  Ate KFC for dinner.  Yum.  Planned to run with my friend (the guy that complimented my calf muscles) on a full belly... for both of us.  We did it intentionally.  I ran the .35 to his house and talked for a minute before we set out to make ourselves sick.  I succeeded.  8:05 pace was VERY hard for me.  I love that he pushes me...  I'll never improve otherwise.  I threw up at 1.15 distance.  In his neighbors front yard.  I felt bad.  Disgusting.  I figured it would happen though.  I wanted to see how my stomach could handle eating and running.  I'm pretty sure I just shattered my dreams of an ultra.  Dang.

Weather is great here in AL.  I wore shorts and a tech shirt tonight and was sweating.  I also have lots of mosquito bites already... it's too early for that!

I hate mosquito bites. That would not be a fun part of living in AL. Eating KFC and then running doesn't sound very fun. Great job sticking it out.
