Biked about 5.5 miles with Jonathan in the pouring down rain.  We had planned to go longer, but were both freezing.  It was dark.  We were cold.  It started lightning.  So we pushed hard for the last 3.0 (I put my bike on it's hardest level - not sure what he did) and called it a night.  We would've gone farther but he had to stop and talk to a neighbor which wasted a good 20 minutes.  Can you hear the positivity in my voice?  It was still fun.  Sometimes I love the rain, it cleanses you.  I should've ran rather than rode.  Oh well.

Good for you.

Sounds adventurous to rid your bike in the rain, I would be afraid of slipping. I am glad you had a good trip and made it back safely!

Good training KP! Glad you got back home safe. I bet you missed the humidity huh?

Good thing your bike didn't become a lightning rod. And at least it wasn't ridiculously hot for a change.

Good news was there was no flat tire!

Does your bike have a light for night riding, or do you just use your headlamp that you've got for running?

I now don't mind running in the rain but biking would be kind of tricky with the rain in your face! Good job!

I don't like being in rain period. Good for you for being a sport
