"Thou shalt not weigh more than thy refrigerator."

Ran with a friend after church.  It was hot.  He isn't really a runner; I think I nearly killed him.  My quads hurt from push-mowing my very hilly yard on Saturday.

Sleep is overrated.

Only 2 hours?!? YIKES. You need some kids to help you out on the lawn :) Maybe Kelli can spare a few for the summer, I don't think she'd even realize they were gone.

Hi KP! Thanks for the comments. It's nice to meet you. I didn't know there was a marshmallow club. But I think I've been an honorary member for many years now. Your commandment is duly noted :) I'll try not to supercede the weight of my refridgerator in the years to come. At least it's a reasonable goal!

I think I need a little clarification on the commandment: does that include the weight of the food in the fridge, or just the weight of the empty fridge?

These things DO matter!

Hahahaha, QP!

Good point. I think it should be the fridge WITH the food in it. After days like today I'm pretty sure I'm just about even with the empty fridge as far as weight goes.

breakfast: cornbread

snack: cheezits

lunch: firehouse sub, chips, coke

dinner: lasagna, bread, 3 mini cupcakes

post dinner: pizza, salad, chocolate.

No wonder I only weigh 100 lbs, right???

that looks like a good start to a day's food, although i would generally go for more snacks and a larger breakfast, but maybe that's why i'm fat...

Your food log made me hungry!

I think I'll toss a big frozen turkey in the freezer just to keep the weight thing on the safe side.

Ah, a kindred spirit in the eating department!!!

I say "Thou shalt eat whatever the heck thou wants, as long is it makes thou happy!"

Is that too many THOUs??

hahaha!

Kelli, I like your commandment.

Don't let me fool you with the late night salad. It was NOT healthy... It had more Ranch than lettuce and more cheese than ranch; plus some croutons... my kinda salad :)

You forgot the BACON!
