Just going out for an easy run, and it turned out to be faster than I expected; average pace of 9:59! I'm pretty pumped about that. My legs were burning, but it felt good to kinda push myself for the first time since being sick/having surgery.
Splits: 10:33, 10:02, 9:28, 9:44 (.30). First time I've ever progressively gotten faster too (except for at the end... had to cross traffic on busy Bob Wallace Ave).
I hope everyone has a fantastic Thanksgiving!!! Enjoy spending time with your families!
