Unexpected run with a buddy that lives close by.  We passed each other on the way home and I called him and said "wanna run" and he quickly agreed.  Big mistake, KP.  Big mistake.

He kicked my butt.  I am exhausted. 

Oh, and he complimented my calf muscles.  Calf muscles!  If that doesn't make me feel attractive, I don't know what does!  HA!

Had I been wearing a skirt and heels, I would've expected that comment. Maybe.

I had on my nike tempos and a cute shirt. He should've complimented the shirt. I guess he's gotta work up to that. Haha. Awkward.

Then he made fun of me for being slow. My pace was in the 7's on the downhill portion which is unheard of for me. I was really trying to open up my legs and take nice long strides. And, then I had to walk because I was exhausted and am not that type of runner!

Hahaha. He's a nice guy. We've been friends for a long time. We do tend to argue like brothers and sisters sometimes. So maybe a nice, swift kick to the jaw would be good for him!
