Last training group run. The 5k they have been training for is this Saturday. Wahoo! I am excited to see how they do. We just did a 2-mile "fun run" last night. Easy peasy. Around a 10:30 pace.

The real "fun run" was beforehand. I told Eric I wanted to do an easy 4. So he sends me a mapmyrun link at work titled "Columbus Day FUN Run," which consists of hills and hills and more hills and big hills and little hills and up up up up up. I was dying. But, I know it is good for me.

90* in North Alabama when I ran at 6pm yesterday. Isn't that crazy?

Oh yea... I bumped into the infamous Nevels at Starbucks this weekend. Guess what a large portion of our conversation was... you crazy bloggers! We need y'all to come to Alabama....

Hills are great training. I know that, but don't really look forward to them. You're an animal for going out there and running hills for 4 miles in 90* weather.

Nice job on all the miles and getting a good workout in. Always fun to meet a fellow blogger in person AND in normal clothes (not running gear). I don't think I'd recognize some people if they weren't in their running gear!
