I miss running.  Doc said I need to wait until this weekend, minimum.  At this point, I am definitely not up to it.  My throat still hurts terribly.  Therefore, I couldn't breathe.  I'm going a bit stir crazy.  I would like to fully heal though, so I am trying to be patient.

Did first form of exercise in about 3 weeks tonight.  YOGA!  It felt great!  I took it easy on some of the plank stuff simply because I didn't want to start sweating.  The hour long class was terrific.

I hope to be back to the old KP (sans tonsils) very soon!

Good news is you could go running this weekend! :) Sorry about the waiting to exercise, 3 weeks is a long time! Darn tonsils.

This is where knitting could really come in handy! ;)

ps I recommend knitting for a lot of modern dilemmas.

Wishing you a speedy recovery! Do you have to numb up your throat to eat? Ouch.

I third it on the knitting! Couldn't hurt, although I am finding that without enough exercise, I can't sit still to knit. Ice cream? Yoga is great, yes?
