First form of exercise in 9+ days... I've missed it.

Planned to just walk on the dreadmill but once I got to the gym I couldn't just walk.  So I walked .50 at 15min/mile (that's a pretty quick walk!); ran .25 at 8ish min/mile.  I continued that until I hit 2 miles; walking 1.5 and running .50.  It took me 27:00 on the dot, which, in reality isn't too much slower than I run... maybe I should become a speed-walker!  My knee was hurting pretty badly and I probably should've just stuck to walking.  It is just so boring!!!!

I plan to walk a few times this week (and, yes, I will actually walk) and hopefully get into the sports doc tomorrow.  Note to KP:  Call Sports Doc.

From KP on Tue, Feb 02, 2010 at 00:10:49 from 98.67.111.103

I already told you that I don't really like to eat rice. Why do you keep bringing it up. Silly...

Put some butter on it. RICE with butter.

Butter - now that is something that I, as a southern belle, know all about. That is the base of the food pyramid around here...

I'll vouch for that...

John - for Abby's birthday I got her a cookbook from a lesser-known Paula Dean type cook (but better). BUTTER... Abby has made a ton of stuff from the book. (4 recipies from it last night; will tell you about that later...) The food is soooooo good. That would be a way to pack a few pounds on you... Do you think you can substitute your PB&J's and Chefy B for steak and potatoes? The only recipe I’ve made from the book is lasagna and it is seriously the best I’ve ever had…. Yummy! I’m hungry now..

You guys are funny.

there you go putting ideas in my head. i know i'm already fat and slow, but why do you have to go and exacerbate the problem while simultaneously causing me to go broke... what a diabolical scheme...

From KP on Thu, Feb 04, 2010 at 13:06:43 from 65.208.22.26

That steak and potatoes still doesn't compare to my hamburger helper. You'll see....

Burt, I don't know what you're talking about.
