Did a little sprint tri as part of a team. I was slow. The course sucks.
I was supposed to go run about 10 miles on the trails after, but my tri partner suggested we go to Waffle House instead. I couldn't turn him down. It was delicious. After that I went home and took a 4-hour nap. It was great, but I felt like a slacker when I woke up. Oh well.
Then one of my very best friends growing up got married. Of my close friends, she is the first to tie the knot. I had a blast, but it made me kinda sad; we are officially growing up and it sucks. |
