Happy Birthday KP!!! I hope you had a wonderful day!

Mexican food (rice and beans) is the fuel for champions ... great pre-race dinner food!! Maybe just for me? Of course, full tummy is full tummy no matter what it is full of ;-).

Happy birthday! Did you have that Mexican food for breakfast before your run or was it still there from dinner last night? :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY girl! I can't believe you got up early to run on your BIRTHDAY! It is a day to sleep and be pampered. I hope you have a wonderful day, get a nap, eat more yummy food, and enjoy your new shoes!

thanks guys! growing old and being responsible kinda sucks. i worked all day and then went to class for 5 hours. it was the first day of summer semester and i wasn't too thrilled with either of my professors. oh well. other than school (blahhhh), it was a great day!

yes, the mexican food was left over from dinner. my tummy didn't feel too good.

allie, my new shoes are nike structure 12's. i've gotten the same shoe the last 3 times. i was actually planning on trying something new this time around (i knew i needed to buy some), but when i saw these for only $40 when they are normally $100, i couldn't pass up the deal!

Great job getting out there at 5 am!
