Calories are afraid of heights...so you have to put them up as high as you can get them. Then the calories get scared and jump off. A few days later you can eat them guilt free, because nearly all the calories have jumped off :)

RAD- mom told me that too. It must be true! I also heard that slim fast has negative calories, so you can eat a piece of pie, then drink a slim fast & it's 0 calories.
